These terms govern the use of the Technyss website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them.
Technyss provides AI agent development and automation, web development and design, and digital marketing and growth services. The exact deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
You agree to provide timely access to content, brand assets, accounts, and approvals. Delays in providing these shift delivery dates accordingly.
Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you. Technyss retains ownership of its pre-existing tooling, frameworks, and internal components, and grants you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverable.
AI agents and automations are probabilistic systems. We test and tune them, but you remain responsible for reviewing output used in regulated, medical, legal, or financial contexts.
Both parties agree to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
