Technyss ("we", "us") builds AI agents, websites, and growth systems for our clients. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Information we collect

Contact details you submit through our enquiry form or chat widget: name, email, company, and the message you write.
Usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and referring site.
Client project data that you deliberately share with us during an engagement, for example documents used to train an agent's knowledge base.

2. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope, timeline, and quote.
To deliver, support, and improve the services you have engaged us for.
To send occasional service updates. You can opt out of these at any time.

3. Client data isolation

Each client engagement uses an isolated knowledge base and its own credentials. Your business data is never pooled with another client's data and is never used to train shared or public models.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with the processors needed to run our business, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and the AI model providers used in your build, and only to the extent required to deliver the service.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Project data is kept for the length of the engagement plus 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data. Email technyss1@gmail.com and we will respond within one business day.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
